As a personal fitness trainer, I've walked a similar path to yours.

Over the years I gained a huge amount of weight until I reached a point where getting up the stairs was a challenge. I decided that enough was enough and it was time for me to change my life, improving my health and wellbeing.

I made the hardest decision and decided to weigh myself and was horrified to see that I tipped the scales at 27 stone!

That was it, I needed to be around for my children, husband and family, but most of all, I needed to make the change for me.

I began attending a local fitness class, always standing at the back. Once I began to lose the weight, my confidence improved and I realised that consistency is the key!

Fast forward to today, I have lost 16 stone and i have never felt better.

I want to help you to reach your potential, not only in fitness, but in health and wellbeing!
